Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL) is an application for Windows Computer, which allows you to flash or install Stock Firmware on Qualcomm Smartphone and Tablets.

Here on this page, we have managed to share the latest version and the old version of the QFIL Tool along with the previous versions.

Features of Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL)

Portable Application:

QFIL comes as a portable application, which means you do not have to install it on your computer to use it. Download it and extract the tool on your computer and open the QFIL.exe file to launch the Application.

Flash Firmware:

It helps you to install or flash Flash file/stock firmware on Qualcomm Devices. All you need to have the correct firmware of your Mobile Phone (Qualcomm Device) > Install the Qualcomm Driver on the Computer > Launch the QFIL Tool > Click on Select Port > Connect the Device using the USB Cable > Under Built Type, Select Flat Built > Click on the Browse Button > Locate the .mbn or .elf based firmware file > Click on Load XML to Begin the Flashing.

Support Qualcomm Chipset:

QFIL comes in support of devices running on Qualcomm Chipset. Once you have installed the Qualcomm Drivers compatible with the QFIL Tool on the System, QFIL Tool can easily detect the connected Phone (device) and get ready to flash the firmware on the device.

Support .mbn or .elf Format:

QFIL supports the flashing or installing of firehose .mbn or .elf based Stock Firmware on the Qualcomm Devices, Including Mobile Phones and Tablets. You can easily find the .mbn or .elf file in the Flash file (Stock Firmware) on your Qualcomm Device.

Note: First & Foremost step is to install the Qualcomm USB driver. 

How to Use QFIL Tool:

1. Download Stock ROM & unzip. Check if the extension of the file is in either .mbn or content.xml format.
2. if it is, then download the Qfil tool & Install.

To Flash .MBN File:

1. Select Flat Build then click on Programmer Path and select Program file with .mbn extension.
2. Click on Load XML and Select Raw Program file. After selection of Raw Program, you have to select Patch File.
3. Connect the Phone Holding Boot key(for a few seconds). The section which is on the top of the tool display “No Port Available” will Show Qualcomm USB Port.
4. Click on Download to start Flashing Process.

To Flash Contents .XML File:

1. Select Meta Build and Click on Programmer path and select file with .mbn extension.
2. Click on Load Content and Select Content .xml File.
3. Connect the Phone Holding Boot key(for a few seconds). The section which is on the top of the tool display “No Port Available” will Show Qualcomm USB Port.
4. Click on Download Content to start Flashing Process.
